Committed to Community Wellness
Since 1946, Klickitat Valley Health (KVH) has been the cornerstone of health initiatives within our community. KVH has set a goal of making Klickitat County the healthiest county in Washington. We strive to lead our community in best practices that will empower each person to partner with us in healthy, long-term habits that create optimal well being.
Our vision of health encompasses education, access and a hospital campus that continually upgrades the quality of life in the community environment in which we all live. We are committed to quality care and compassionate understand for all those we serve.
Purpose of Outreach:
We acknowledge that a healthy community goes beyond the walls of our hospital and clinics. In response, KVH has established a number of community outreach initiatives including heart health awareness, breast cancer education, wellness days, discounted lab services and many other community events each year.
Community Health Needs Assessment:
The organizations listed below have come together to create our first integrated Columbia Gorge Regional Community Health Assessment. Together, we have been able to combine social and economic conditions with key healthcare information to build a prioritized set of needs for the region and identify unique needs in specific locations or populations.
The button below, represents our collaborative work and, more importantly, our harmonized voice on the highest needs for our region overall.
