Skye Newkirk, LICSW attended graduate school at University of Washington, Seattle. Skye joined KVH Family Medicine in 2018 and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy as a mental health counselor.

Skye lives in Goldenale with his wife, Caitlin. Together they enjoy being as far away from ‘screens’ as possible by hiking, backpacking, skiing mixed with reading, writing, and exercise.

One thing Skye encourages all patients to practice is positive affirmations, gratitude and to do one thing every day to nourish the heart, mind, body and soul.
