Wellness Days, Every Day at Klickitat Valley Health offers community members access to select self-directed lab tests, diagnostic imaging screenings, and respiratory screenings at discounted cash-pay pricing. These services are optional, screening-based, and available without a provider visit.
Self-directed Wellness Days services are paid out-of-pocket. KVH does not bill insurance.
What Are Wellness Days?
Wellness Days is a self-directed screening program designed for individuals who want to better understand their health, establish baseline measurements, or monitor wellness trends over time.
You choose which tests you want, pay discounted cash-pay pricing, and access results securely through KVH's MyHealth patient portal. These services are screening only and do not replace medical care or provider-directed testing.
Who This Program Is For
Wellness Days is available to adults in our community who want convenient, affordable screening options.
This program is not appropriate for urgent concerns or active symptoms. If you are experiencing new or worsening symptoms, call 911 or contact your healthcare provider.

Available Wellness Days Services
Wellness Days includes a wide range of laboratory studies, imaging screenings, respiratory screenings, and select wellness services. Prices are discounted cash-pay rates and are subject to change.
How Wellness Days Works
A simple four-step process
Choose Your Services
Review the Wellness Days menu and select the services you are interested in. All tests are optional, and you may decline any service.
Eligibility Screening
Some diagnostic imaging and respiratory therapy services require an eligibility screening before testing. In many cases, eligibility screening may be completed the same day, and same-day testing may be available when clinically appropriate.
Payment and Testing
All Wellness Days services are paid at the time of service using discounted cash-pay pricing.
Results in MyHealth
All test results are placed in your KVH electronic medical record and are available only through the secure MyHealth patient portal. Results are not printed or mailed.
Important Information Before You Request Services
Insurance and Payment
- • KVH will not bill your insurance for Wellness Days services.
- • You are choosing to pay out-of-pocket using discounted pricing.
- • KVH will not submit insurance claims on your behalf.
- • If you wish to seek reimbursement, KVH can provide a blank claim form, but you must complete and submit it yourself.
Nature of Screening Services
- • These services are screening tests only.
- • No provider is diagnosing, treating, or giving medical advice as part of a Wellness Days visit.
- • Screening tests do not find every health problem. Normal results do not guarantee good health, and abnormal results do not always mean illness.
Follow-Up Responsibility
- • You are responsible for sharing results with your healthcare provider and arranging follow-up care if needed.
- • If you feel unwell or notice changes in your health, seek medical care even if results appear normal.
Results and Critical Findings
- • Results are available only through MyHealth: https://kvhealthportal.meditech.cloud/
- • If a result shows a critical or urgent issue, KVH staff will attempt to contact you by phone within 72 hours.
- • KVH will make one phone call attempt using the number you provide.
- • It is important that you provide a working phone number and answer if KVH calls.
Privacy and Access
- • Only KVH staff, providers, and approved volunteers involved in Wellness Days will have access to your results.
- • Results are not shared outside of KVH.
- • Your results will be available to KVH providers. It is your responsibility to share results with providers outside of KVH.
Required Consent
Before receiving Wellness Days services, you must review and sign the Wellness Days Consent Form.
FAQ
Do I need a provider referral?
No. Eligible Wellness Days services may be requested without a provider visit. Some services require eligibility screening.
Can imaging or respiratory tests be done the same day?
In some cases, yes. Same-day eligibility screening and testing may be available depending on clinical appropriateness and operational capacity. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Will KVH bill my insurance?
No. Wellness Days services are self-directed and paid out-of-pocket.
How will I receive my results?
Results are available only through the secure MyHealth patient portal and are not printed or mailed.
