KVH MyHealth Patient Portal

MyHealth is KVH’s patient portal. It helps you stay connected to your care and your health information anytime. You can use MyHealth on a computer, or on your smartphone or tablet with the MEDITECH MHealth app.

How to Log In

Use the link above to sign in on a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

On the login page, choose Create Account if you are not enrolled yet.

Help With Login ID, Password, or Locked Accounts

If you forgot your login ID or password, you can reset them on the portal by answering your security questions. If you cannot reset your account, call KVH Medical Records at (509) 773-1024, Monday - Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm.

How to Sign Up

To sign up, call KVH Medical Records. Share an email address you can access, so it can be added to your patient record. Medical Records can help with enrollment and questions. They can also help with proxy access, which means access for a parent, guardian, or caregiver.

After you sign up, you will receive a login ID and a temporary password. Keep them in a safe place.

What You Can Do in MyHealth

With MyHealth, you can:

View lab results
View imaging reports, like X-ray, CT, and ultrasound reports
View visit summaries and your visit history
View upcoming appointments
Request prescription refills
Send secure messages to your care team
Join telehealth visits when they are offered for your care

Using the App on Your Smartphone or Tablet

Once you have created a MyHealth account, you can access your information using a smartphone or tablet with the MEDITECH MHealth app. MEDITECH is the electronic medical record system used at KVH. Your MyHealth account gives you access to information stored in MEDITECH.

To get the app, go to:
