Physical Therapy at KVH

Physical Therapy helps you move with less pain, build strength, and feel steadier on your feet. It supports daily life, work, and the activities you enjoy.

When you walk in, you are welcomed like a neighbor. The space feels calm, steady, and supportive from the start. Care is focused on quality, compassion, and respect, with clear steps and time for questions.

Care That Meets You Where You’re At

At the Wellness & Therapy Center, we start with listening. Then a plan is built around your goals, your needs, and your pace. Progress is tracked each visit, and the plan is adjusted as you improve.

Care can be coordinated with your provider and other KVH services when helpful. That teamwork supports safe care and steady progress.

Common Concerns
Physical Therapy can help with many conditions, including:

What to Expect

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome, numbness, tingling
  • Muscle and joint pain, including myofascial pain from tight or irritated muscles and connective tissue
  • Sprains, strains, soft tissue injuries
  • Orthopedic injuries, before and after surgery care, weakness or loss of motion
  • Osteoporosis, scoliosis and other spine concerns

Getting Started
Call (509) 773-1025. The front desk team can help with the next steps. If a referral is needed for your insurance plan, help is available to guide you through it. If you have recent imaging results or notes from another provider, please let us know.

What to Bring and What to Wear
On your first visit, please bring your insurance card and a photo ID, along with any referral paperwork if you have it.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy movement. Supportive shoes are helpful for balance and walking work. Arrive a few minutes early for check-in.

Care Between Visits
Progress continues between appointments. You will learn what is happening in your body and what to do at home to keep moving forward. Guidance stays simple and clear, with a focus on safe movement and injury prevention.
