Jason Sallee, PT, DPT

Jason Sallee earned his doctorate degree from A.T. Still University and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). He practices as a Physical Therapist at KVH’s Wellness and Therapy Center.

Jason is dedicated to providing each patient with his full attention and respect. He says, “I want to not only understand the injury and the reason for referral, but also learn about who my patients are, the implications of their injury, and how I can help them return to full function. It’s about being intentional in our practice and focusing on recovery while having fun along the way.”

His professional interests include advancing physical therapy practices, with recent focus on vestibular dysfunction and its treatment. He has advanced training in manual therapy techniques, including myofascial release, joint mobilization, muscle energy technique, Graston/IASTM, vestibular therapy, and therapeutic taping.

Jason values working in rural healthcare because it allows him to serve as a generalist—treating a wide variety of patients, from post-operative clients to those with work-related injuries or general deconditioning, often all in the same day. He also serves as a clinical instructor for regional Doctor of Physical Therapy programs, mentoring students as they pursue their careers.

Jason has been married to Mary for 17 years, and they have three children, ages 9, 12, and 15. They live on a small farm in nearby Sherman County, where they raise 4-H and FFA projects. Their children are active in multiple sports, some of which Jason coaches. When not busy with family and work, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors, playing various sports, riding motorcycles, hunting and shooting, woodworking, camping, and cheering on the OSU Beavers.
