Jeannette Baars, PA-C

Jeannette Baars, PA-C earned her Master of Science in Medicine, Physician Assistant Studies from Western Michigan University. She is an active member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), and the Washington Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA).

Jeannette serves as a Primary Care Provider at Klickitat Valley Health Family Medicine. She is a compassionate advocate for patient-centered care, focusing on empathy and respect to ensure each patient’s unique needs and preferences are honored. Her goal is to build trusting relationships that empower patients to navigate their healthcare with confidence and dignity.

Her professional expertise includes primary care, preventative care, and substance use disorder treatment. Jeannette has experience caring for patients of all ages, specializing in geriatrics, chronic disease management—including diabetes, COPD, and hypertension—and substance use disorder.

Happily married with five children, Jeannette and her family enjoy an active lifestyle filled with hiking, backpacking, and camping. When not exploring the outdoors, she loves reading, painting, and pursuing creative crafts. “I’m always eager to learn something new! Creativity is a big part of who I am.” The family relocated to Goldendale to be closer to her sister and is excited to become actively involved in the community.
