KVH Family Medicine

KVH Family Medicine is your local home base for primary care in Klickitat County. We care for patients of all ages, from infants to older adults. As a Critical Access Hospital, KVH is committed to keeping essential healthcare services close to home, including primary care and behavioral health.

We provide quality, compassionate healthcare and respectful, personalized service. We do this with a team approach, so you feel supported at every step.

In Family Medicine, we focus on prevention and long-term health. That includes regular checkups, routine screenings, and support for healthy habits. Our goal is to empower healthy living, one visit at a time.

Same-Day Appointments

Same-day appointments are available Monday - Friday. Call (509) 773-4017 at 7:00am to schedule. These visits are limited and fill quickly.

If same-day appointments are full, we will help you choose the next best option. That may be a future appointment, KVH ExpressCare, or the Emergency Department based on your symptoms.

We provide many common services in one place. If you need specialty care, we can help coordinate a referral and share information with the specialist.

• Annual physicals and wellness visits
• Immunizations
• Preventive health screenings
• Sports physicals
• DOT and employment exams
• Minor procedures, such as simple skin procedures
• Osteopathic manipulative treatment, hands-on care that can help with some types of pain and stiffness
• Geriatric care and home visits, based on medical need and provider availability

Referrals

Your primary care provider can make referrals for specialized care at KVH, including behavioral health and interventional pain management. Your provider can also refer you to the Wellness and Therapy Center for physical therapy or occupational therapy. These are just a few of the services available at KVH to care for our community.
