Anusha Iyer, DPM


Dr. Anusha Iyer, DPM is a board-certified podiatric physician with advanced training in foot and ankle conditions and lower extremity wound care. She is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on building trust and open communication with every patient.

Dr. Iyer earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, following her undergraduate studies at Lebanon Valley College. She completed her residency at Montefiore Medical Center, where she developed a strong clinical foundation in both surgical and non-surgical management of foot and ankle pathology.

Dr. Iyer is board-certified in podiatric medicine by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and is also board-certified in lower extremity wound care by the American Board of Wound Management (ABWM). She is board-qualified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). Her professional memberships include ABPM, ABWM, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).

With a particular interest in wound care, Dr. Iyer’s research and clinical work center on advancing treatment strategies for chronic wounds. Her goal is to help patients return to mobility and improve quality of life through individualized care and cutting-edge treatment options.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Iyer enjoys reading (often 2–4 books a week), hiking the trails of the Pacific Northwest, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
