Holly Cox, PT, DPT, BCHE serves as the Manager of KVH Wellness and Therapy, where she oversees a comprehensive range of rehabilitative and wellness services. Her leadership spans to outpatient and inpatient physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech-language pathology (SLP) programs, ensuring the highest standards of care across all settings. Additionally, she directs the GHS Sports PT program and manages the organization’s massage therapy services. With a commitment to integrated, patient-centered care, Holly plays a vital role in advancing the health and recovery of individuals throughout the community. She received her degree from University of Montana, School of Physical Therapy in 2007 and she immediately began orthopedic manual therapy education through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. She was fortunate to take a two-year mentorship position at Therapy Solutions in Kennewick, Washington where she was mentored in outpatient orthopedics, women’s health, lymphedema, chronic pain, and wellness. According to Holly, “This mentorship forever shaped how I approach therapy and wellness. I LOVE my profession! I am passionate about caring for others and I am truly honored to care for patients. In 2020, my ability to care for patients grew exponentially when I transitioned to the manager role, where I can now reach many more people by way of caring for and supporting the amazing WTC team. I am so humbled and honored to work with such an incredible, skilled team.”

Holly is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is affiliated with several of its specialized academies, including the APTA Academy of Leadership and Innovation and the APTA Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. She is also a member of APTA Washington, where she remains engaged in advancing the profession at the state level. Through these affiliations, Holly stays at the forefront of clinical innovation, professional development, and advocacy in the field of physical therapy.

When asked about her core professional values, she shared the following: “As a physical therapist, it is my duty to uphold patients’ needs as my highest priority, staying current with research and evidence to assure they have the best possible outcome. I am honored to walk alongside others as they access strength of spirit to push themselves to restore strength of body. As the manager of the wellness and therapy center, my purpose is to create an environment that supports all of the therapy team in providing the highest level of care for optimal, timely, personalized outcomes. This environment is one of trust, mutual respect, continuing education, and promotes each therapist to excel in his/her specialty. You don’t have to live in a metropolitan area to receive cutting edge therapy care. You may, however, need to come to KVH.”

Outside of work, Holly is happiest being with my family and friends, whether that be sharing a meal or having a great adventure. She loves to read and to be active outside. She is always learning a couple of new hobbies, currently including skiing, sewing, dancing, gardening, and dog training.
