Jeremy Carlson, MS, PT

Jeremy Carlson, MS PT is a licensed Physical Therapist currently practicing at the Wellness and Therapy Center at Klickitat Valley Health. He earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University and brings extensive experience across a range of clinical settings, with a primary focus on geriatric care.

Jeremy is a results-oriented and self-motivated professional known for his direct, compassionate, and personalized approach to patient care. With a strong foundation in physical therapy and healthcare leadership, he has worked in home health, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), inpatient and outpatient settings, and has held roles including Clinic Manager and Director of Rehabilitation.
