Linda Compton, Director of Outpatient Clinics
Linda Compton, CRHCP, serves as the Director of Outpatient Clinics at Klickitat Valley Health Family Medicine. An alumna of Oregon State University, she is a certified member of the National Association of Rural Health Clinics.
With 18 years of experience in ambulatory healthcare settings, Linda brings a strong focus on administration, finance, compliance, and staffing. She is dedicated to fostering career growth and advancement while ensuring the efficient and effective operation of rural health clinics. In her role, she oversees a wide range of outpatient services, including Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Optometry, Dental, and Wellness and Therapy programs.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, fishing, golfing, and exploring the outdoors.
Lori Groves, Chief Financial Officer
Lori Groves, CPA, CHFP is the Chief Financial Officer at Klickitat Valley Health. She received a Master’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional by The Healthcare Financial Management Association. In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant. She serves on several boards including: Washington Public Hospital Districts Workers Compensation and Accountable Care Organization. Her area of focus is healthcare finance management, compliance and navigating the complexities of the healthcare industry.
Jonathan Hatfield, Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan Hatfield is completing his Master of Business Administration at Pensacola Christian College, with graduation anticipated in August 2025. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Klickitat Valley Health in Goldendale, Washington.
Mr. Hatfield is an active member of the Washington State Hospital Association (WSHA), including participation on its Public Policy Committee, where he regularly engages with legislative representatives on critical healthcare issues impacting rural communities.
A strong advocate for financial sustainability in rural healthcare, digital innovation, community outreach, and servant leadership, Mr. Hatfield’s professional interests include revenue cycle optimization, Medicaid and Medicare policy reform, rural health advocacy, and leadership development. His current projects focus on implementing patient-centered technology platforms, expanding service lines, and advocating for equitable reimbursement policies at both the state and federal levels.
Additionally, Mr. Hatfield serves as a strategic leader and advisor for multiple rural healthcare initiatives. He collaborates closely with public policy leaders to safeguard essential hospital funding and was recently appointed to the Board of the Association of Washington Public Hospital Districts, as well as the Executive Boards of The Rural Collaborative and the Rural Health Enterprise.
Outside of work, Mr. Hatfield enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, developing youth athletic programs, and spending quality time outdoors with his family. He is passionate about mentoring young athletes and contributing to the local community through volunteer efforts.
Jonathan Lewis, Director of Support Services
Jonathan Lewis serves as the Director of Support Services at Klickitat Valley Health (KVH) in Goldendale, Washington. He began his career in industrial and commercial electrical work before founding Seraphim Energy in 2003, where he focused on leveraging the vast solar and renewable energy resources of eastern Oregon and Washington.
From 2009 to 2017, he led Hire Electric’s Solar Division, overseeing the installation of more than 3MW of solar capacity, primarily through government-funded projects. Jonathan has also volunteered extensively with I-TEC, a humanitarian organization working on rural hospital electrification in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a strong advocate for integrity, transparency, collaboration, and innovation, with professional interests in energy independence, resilience through emergency preparedness, and sustainability.
Current projects include leading KVH’s $10 million Central Utility Plant upgrade, designing a new patient wing and surgery suite, and integrating renewable energy systems into hospital operations. Jonathan has served in leadership roles with the Washington State Society of Healthcare Engineers, including as the 2021 State President.
Outside of work, he enjoys his family, planting trees, community and church service, and finding economic development solutions for the Goldendale area.
Erin Wooley, Chief Clinical Officer
Erin Wooley, RN, MSN, CENP, RHCNOC serves as Chief Clinical Officer for Klickitat Valley Health. She joined KVH in 2022 and brings nearly two decades of clinical and leadership experience in rural acute care hospitals.
Erin holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and maintains national certifications in executive nursing practice (CENP) and rural health chief nursing officer leadership (RHCNOC).
At KVH, Erin provides executive leadership for clinical operations, nursing, quality, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams across the organization to strengthen patient safety, improve care delivery, and support a culture where staff feel valued and empowered in their work. Since joining KVH, Erin has helped modernize clinical systems, improve workforce stability, expand clinical services, and guide investments in equipment, technology, and staff development that support high-quality rural healthcare.
Prior to KVH, Erin served as Chief Nursing Officer at WhidbeyHealth Medical Center in Washington and Estes Park Health in Colorado. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she helped lead community vaccination efforts and infection prevention initiatives that delivered more than 18,000 vaccinations in her community.
Erin is deeply committed to the future of rural healthcare and believes strongly that communities deserve access to exceptional care close to home. She is proud to serve alongside the dedicated clinicians and staff at Klickitat Valley Health who work every day to care for their neighbors.
